Land Clearing in Middle Tennessee

Lots, fence rows and overgrown acreage, cleared by our own crew.

Cleared, cleaned up, and priced before we start

We walk your property, price the job, and the number we give you is the number you pay.

  • Brush, briars, cedar, small trees and the stuff nobody's touched in years.
  • Renting a skid steer and a dump truck runs about $1,300 a day, and you're the one running them.
  • Need a pad, a driveway or a pond after it's cleared? Same crew does it.

Veteran-owned, and we run our own machines: a John Deere dozer, Kubota excavators, skid steers and a forestry mulcher.

Common questions

Can I keep some of the trees?

Yes. Show Chad which ones stay when he walks the property, and the crew clears around them.

How do you price a job?

Answer the questions at the top of this page and you see a ballpark for your job in about a minute. Then Chad walks the property and gives you one price. That's the price you pay, and it doesn't grow once we start.

Do you take small jobs?

Our jobs start at $2,500, because that's what it costs to bring the machines out. For anything smaller, a local handyman or a rental yard will likely save you money.

Do you work in my area?

We're based in Lebanon and work all over Middle Tennessee, including Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Carthage and Watertown. If you're not sure, put your address in the form and Chad will tell you when he calls.

Who does the work?

Chad's own crew, on machines we own: a John Deere dozer, Kubota excavators, skid steers and a forestry mulcher. His lead operator has worked with him since he was eight.

Can you do more than one job on the same property?

Yes. One crew does the clearing, the dirt work, the gravel and the concrete, so you deal with one company from the trees to the slab.
